Why the Elections are Not a Sexy Subject

Every couple of years, the time for elections comes around in November and voters around the world get together to vote for the next leaders of their respective countries. Candidates vying for a position on the ballot and in office say whatever they need to say in order to win the hearts and minds of the people and secure their spot in the desired office. These candidates speak out on various major issues and express opinions and plans to implement changes to current laws and regulations, and people either agree or disagree with each candidate’s platform.

While this is all a part of being an adult in today’s society, there is so much passion and conviction behind many people’s beliefs that it can sometimes cause heated disagreements. One of the least sexy things you can say to your phone chat partner would be something that makes them upset.
